WHAT DOES B1st MEAN?

The B1st name/logo has a lot of power and sentimental value. The "B" was a family-given nickname for Weslie growing up. The meaning behind "1st" is a reminder always to strive to be the very best you can be in everything you do while always aiming to make your health a top priority! If you look closer at the "t" in "1st," you will see we put a cross in place of the "t." The cross is a constant reminder to put Christ first in all that we do and always wholeheartedly trust in Him. Overall, the B1st logo reminds us about prioritizing ourselves, constantly working hard to be the best version of ourselves in all we do, and, most of all, always remembering to put God first!
